Information sharing with subcontractors for the purpose of providing the services you requested is permitted. All other categories of use and sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies and depends on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further messages; reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (727) 888-5510.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Voldmar Services Manager Portal and Google services
The Voldmar Services Manager Portal is a private administrative application available only to authorized Voldmar Services personnel. The Portal supports Google Sign-In and credential-based authentication for authorized personnel and may integrate with Google Calendar to support appointment scheduling and operational management.
Manager Portal credential authentication
In addition to Google Sign-In, authorized personnel may sign in using credentials issued or approved by Voldmar Services. When credential authentication is used, we may collect and process the user's email address, account identifier, password authentication data, login timestamps, IP address, device or browser information, session information, and records of successful or unsuccessful authentication attempts.
We use this information to authenticate authorized personnel, maintain authenticated sessions, prevent unauthorized access, investigate suspicious activity, and protect the security of the Portal and its data.
Passwords are not stored in plain text. Password authentication data is stored using an industry-standard one-way password-hashing method. Authorized users must not use their Google password or reuse a password from another service as their Voldmar Services Portal password.
Google data we access
When an authorized user signs in using Google, the Portal may receive:
- Name
- Email address
- Profile image
- Google account identifier
- Basic authentication and session information
When an authorized administrator connects Google Calendar, the Portal may access:
- The connected account's email address
- The list of calendars available to that account
- Calendar identifiers, names, descriptions, locations, time zones, colors, and access roles
- Calendar events and event details necessary to manage service appointments
- OAuth authorization credentials, including an access token or refresh token
How we use Google data
We use Google account information to:
- Authenticate authorized personnel.
- Verify that a user's email address is included in our authorized-user database.
- Maintain the user's authenticated session.
- Display basic account information within the Portal.
- Prevent unauthorized access.
We use Google Calendar information to:
- Display calendars available to an authorized administrator.
- Create calendar events for service appointments.
- Read, update, or delete appointment events.
- Coordinate scheduling and operational activities.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, marketing profiles, credit decisions, or unrelated purposes.
Storage and security
Authentication and operational data may be stored in systems operated by or on behalf of Voldmar Services. Google OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and are not intentionally exposed to Portal users or the public.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information and OAuth credentials against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell Google user data.
We do not share Google user data with third parties except:
- Service providers acting on our behalf where necessary to host, operate, secure, or maintain the Portal.
- When required to comply with applicable law or a valid legal request.
- To investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our policies.
- As part of a business transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Service providers may process information only for the purposes for which they have been engaged and subject to appropriate contractual obligations.
Data retention and deletion
We retain Google account information only for as long as the individual remains an authorized Portal user or as otherwise required for legitimate operational, security, or legal purposes.
Google Calendar authorization credentials are retained while the Calendar connection remains active. When the Calendar integration is disconnected or authorization is no longer required, we revoke the applicable authorization when technically available and delete stored OAuth credentials, subject to reasonable backup-retention periods and legal obligations.
Calendar events created or modified through the Portal may remain in the connected Google Calendar until they are separately deleted.
Authorized users may revoke the Portal's access through their Google Account permissions. They may also request disconnection or deletion of associated Portal data by emailing [email protected].
Google API Limited Use disclosure
Voldmar Services' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including service, legal, accounting, and security needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you. Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply.
